Tap the center + button, choose a metric (SpO2, pulse, respiratory rate, PEF, etc.), enter the value, add tags/notes if needed, then tap Save Reading.
Open the Add screen, tap the date/time in the top-right, select the date and time, then save your entry.
In the Add screen, select preset tags or create a custom tag, then save. Tags are stored with the record and can be used to filter and compare trends.
Go to History, tap a record card, update value/date/tags/notes, then tap Save. You can also delete a record from the same screen.
Go to Insights, choose a chart, then select a time range (1D, 1W, 1M, 3M, 1Y, or custom where available).
In Insights > Analysis (supported charts), toggle AQI and/or Pollen overlays to view environmental context with your respiratory data.
Open More/Settings, enable Apple Health sync, and grant permissions when prompted. New supported readings can then sync into Oxybyte.
Go to More/Settings > Appearance and choose Light, Dark, or System.
Open History or Settings and use export options (CSV/PDF where available) to share data with your care team.
